What is broad-spectrum CBD?

It’s been two weeks since I received my order. I’ve contacted them as the roll on was fine during shipment but the other item the cbd recovery cream was not sealed properly like the roll on and exploded in the package. I’ve sent pictures to both the contact us email and to the email saying to reply with issues. No one answers back from this company. I guess it’s hard to do when you’re a social media influencer but we all know that’s not who’s doing the work. Thanks to this situation even if this was the best product ever I won’t be giving this company one more penny
